Amaranth Passion Untreated Microgreen/Specialty Greens Seeds

Gorgeous variegated amaranth with slightly savoyed, medium green leaves with deep wine heart that expands as plants mature. The underside of Passion’s leaves is a vibrant dark pink. Expect interesting color variations. Grow in trays for colorful micros, or in the field for salad greens.
