Bolero F1 Untreated Seed, Raw Carrot Seeds

I received my seeds very promptly which was great. I appreciated the information about the onion seeds and what to expect from them. I would like to have information on what seeds of all vegetables that would germinate best in my areas of California's San Joaquin Valley. I am retired and my seeds are used for my rather large family vegetable garden Not farming.
