Padron Organic Pepper Seeds

Tall plants yield many flushes of small bright green peppers with mild flavors. Harvested when young, only 1 in 20 Padron's will be hot, while most peppers will have a bit of heat if harvested later. Traditionally used in the Spanish tapas dish by the same name, they are also excellent served grilled, fried or stuffed with cheese or meat. Very easy-to-grow.
