Mascota is a hybrid ancho/poblano that delivers uniform, two-lobed fruit with thick walls perfect for roasting. Plants show strong vigor and finish in about 85 days from transplant, suiting a main-season slot. Dark green fruit ripen to red with mild heat around 1,000–1,500 SHU.
