Violet Delite F1 Organic Oriental Eggplant Seeds

Violet Delite is a slender Asian-type eggplant that sets glossy, bright-purple, straight fruit with tender, sweet white flesh. Upright, semi-spineless plants make fast harvests easy, and fruit can be taken young at 5–7" or sized up to 9–12" with consistent shape and finish. Expect first picks about 50–60 days from transplant, giving an early, dependable window.
