We are shipping 1-2* business days from the date your order is placed.

*Please check your e-mail from weborders@osborneseed.com. If we are waiting on a response, order may be longer than 1-2 business days.

*If order contains item(s) that are in packaging phase, order may take a few extra business days if waiting for an item to be packaged. Please communicate with us if you need something ASAP.

 

During the busy season (Winter until late Spring) our order fulfillment times vary based on order demands, so we recommend placing your order early. During the off-season (Summer and Fall) we try to ship orders out same-day if they are placed by 2pm PDT. 

You will receive a follow up e-mail after your initial order confirmation letting you know the status of your order. Please watch for this e-mail as it will likely require a response to proceed with the order.  E-mail may be in your junk folder. Thank you for working with us on your order. 

 

Canada Order Processing Time

SPRING/SUMMER 2022. Your order will ship from Vancouver, BC the following Wednesday*

*Cut off date for following Wednesday shipment may vary depending on customs paperwork deadline, weekly shipment load size of previous orders, seed availability, as well as certifications for border crossing, please order early.

 

There is one shipment to Canada per week; orders are shipped directly out of Surrey, B.C. usually on Thursdays (2022 spring summer will be Wednesdays). The order time cut off for the weekly shipment may vary greatly depending on the time of year. Please order well in advance to allow ample time for your order to be processed.
