With the developing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation across the country and the world at large, we first and foremost want to say our hearts go out to all those who have been affected.

 

We at Osborne want to reassure you that we will continue to fulfill your seed orders as quickly as possible. The safety of our customers and staff is of utmost importance, and we will modify operations as needed to navigate this difficult situation.

 

As such, we ask that those of you who pick up seed orders on site consider having them shipped to your farm or residence instead. If that is not an option, please call us beforehand so we can arrange for a way to safely accommodate your needs.

 

Our staff and sales reps are available for any questions you may have regarding fulfillment, planting, or whatever else you might require this season.

"Canada Post announced that it is suspending the on-time delivery guarantees for all of its parcel services as of March 18 until further notice.

 

The national parcel delivery company said in a statement to customers that this change of service is because of the potential impacts on local facilities and air transportation as it relates to COVID-19."
