Growth needs:Prefers well-drained, sandy loam soil. Eggplant are heavy feeders that require fertilization and high organic matter,but too much nitrogen can encourage excess foliage.
Harvest: When fruit are of size and skin is glossy. Harvest regularly to encourage higher yields.
Storage: 50-55° F with 90% relative humidity for up to one week.
