If you are looking for a great processing onion, then look no further than Barbaro. In past trials, 99% of the bulbs were jumbos or larger with 79% measuring 3.5 inches. Barbaro cut over 90% single centers. Besides being big , the bright bronze bulb with medium necks dry down tightly on a very uniform globe-shaped onion. The bulbs are hard and will store until March. |
