Our mix contains different varieties of butterhead, green and red leaf, romaine and other unique lettuce varieties. The wide range of colors and textures combine to form an outstanding product for the restaurant and specialty markets. Please note: Red varieties mature more slowly.

This mix is the Certified Organic version of the Gourmet Salad Mix. It has a special blend of colors and textures that will be a tasty addition to your farmstand, market display or Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) box.
