Celeriac is a delicious vegetable commonly used in Europe in place of our “stalk” celery. Instead of the green tops, it is the root that is used in soups, purees, salads, and stews.

This mid-early maturing celeriac has a big round root that is pure white and keeps white when frozen or processed. An all purpose, high yielding variety that is resistant to septoria apiicola, hollow heart, and bolting. Sow in March for early fall harvest. 140 days maturity. Great field holding ability. Brilliant (pelleted)
3 - 4 inch nicely rounded roots with very good internal quality. Three quarters of the bulb is above ground. No hollow crowns and very few offshoots, which make it easy to harvest and clean. Excellent fresh market variety with gourmet quality flesh. 140+ days maturity. UNTREATED SEED ONLY.
Prinz (primed & pelleted)
This light skinned bunching celeriac with high bolt tolerance out performed its competition in our trial. Firm, round, fairly smooth bulb with a white tasty flesh. Dark green, very upright foliage. Sowing time January till April. Use at 150 days for bunching or at 200 days for large bulb.
